Welcome to BitAlloy, provided by Myrtlewood Software, LLC dba BitAlloy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (https://bitalloy.ai or https://app.bitalloy.ai) or use the BitAlloy Visual Studio Code extension (all collectively, "Service"). - Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

- The right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you (note that in some cases we are limited in our ability to update or delete all information if stored by third parties such as Stripe).
